The crew keeps texting. The record builds itself.
Crews will not fill out forms or learn a CRM. So the field app looks like the chat app they already use. They send messages, photos, voice notes and videos, the way they do today.
The app’s AI reads all of it. It transcribes the voice notes, tags every item by project and task, turns a request into a ticket, and turns a “done” photo into proof of completion with the time and the place. Timelines assemble themselves.
The office sees a live dashboard: what happened on every site today, which requests are open, which items have proof photos, and what is blocked.

Who we are
Owner-led. Licensed. On the West Valley since 2006.
R & E Contracting LLC is an active, licensed Arizona general contractor based in Litchfield Park, building year-round across the West Valley and the greater Phoenix metro with investment funds and development partners.
The owner is on the job. The person responsible for a decision is the person who answers for it, and the record shows who decided what and when.
We hold a KB-2 Dual Residential and Small Commercial license, which covers residential and small commercial construction in Arizona.
